Introduction

Welcome to AMAYAHBELLYFIT.COM. This website is owned and operated by Amayah Belly Fit (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, services, or purchasing our products, you (the “Client”) are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site or our services.

1. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a coaching agreement and payments within 5 business days of the date indicated on the contract, you may do so for a full 100% refund of any monies paid less the cost of any products delivered. This refund is only available if services have not commenced in any way rendering any refund void.

Customers purchasing entertainment or workshops have the right to cancel this contract without penalty up to fourteen (14) days prior to the date(s) of engagement. Within seven (7) days of the engagement, customers may cancel this contract by remitting a penalty of twenty-five (25) percent of the agreed price for engagement of the Artist. The full amount of the agreed price for engagement of the Artist will be remitted should cancellation by the customer occur within forty-eight (48) hours of the engagement. All cancellations must be in writing.

2. Notice of Cancellation

All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by mail or email to info@amayahbellyfit.com. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date in which the cancellation is received. No refunds, credits or transfers are available for no-shows or very last minute/same day cancellation.

3. Terms of Coaching

The Coaching Programs are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in ongoing Coaching for a number of sessions, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit, or transfer.

4. Suspending Membership

Suspending membership is not possible after your program is in progress.

5. Coaching Calls or Consultations

Telephone calls with your Coach during your membership are at the Client’s expense, and initiated by the Client.

6. Payment Plans

For Coaching: If any installment payment should default, the Client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any scheduled coaching session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the 7 days, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited and full payment will apply. If a Client should default on any installment payment, the result may be cancellation from the Program and the Cancellation Policy will apply. An N.S.F. or credit card decline will result in a penalty from our payment processing company in cases of payment default.

For Entertainment/workshops: Artist requests 50% of the total invoiced amount at the time of booking to ensure confirmation of the event.

7. Program Changes

The Coach reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any programs as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.

8. Mutual Agreement Cancellation

If at any time either the Client or the Coach believe the Coaching Sessions and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the Client, they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to canceling the Program or Sessions.

9. Intellectual Property

All material relating to the Program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

10. Indemnification

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business
